Terms and conditions of booking
Welcome to our Terms and Conditions page! Here, we outline the essential guidelines that govern your use of our services to ensure your experience is as efficient, safe and comfortable as possible. We believe in transparency and clarity, ensuring you understand your rights and responsibilities while engaging with us or using our services. By making your booking, you agree to these terms, which are designed to protect you, our drivers and vehicles and the general public. We encourage you to read through this information carefully, as it serves as the foundation for a safe and enjoyable experience.
If you are an organisation requiring our services please contact us for T&C which differ slightly from those below.
- A minimum deposit of £50 should be paid to secure your booking and the balanced paid in full before or on on pick up on the outward journey.
- Receipt of an invoice, if requested, confirms that your booking has been secured and that you accept these terms and conditions.
- Deposits paid will be refunded if cancellation is made within 14 days of booking. Cancellations made after 14 days will only be refunded in case of exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of management.
- Any changes/cancellations to be notified at least 7 days before date of travel by phone to 07707763332 or email to firstclassminibustravel@gmail.com. We will do our very be to accommodate changes in flight times etc. or provide alternative services however, this is not guaranteed. You may lose your deposit if less than 7 days notice is given and if cancellation is necessary.
- The number of passengers will not exceed maximum capacity of the vehicle under any circumstances. All passengers must remain seated and wear seatbelts, where fitted, while the vehicle is in motion. Any injury caused by passengers not remaining seated or not wearing seatbelts is the responsibility of the hirer, the company does not accept any responsibility.
- Management and drivers reserve the right to refuse alcohol being consumed on board if passengers are deemed to be unfit to consume more. Please note that passengers on route to sporting events are not legally permitted to consume alcohol.
- The hirer is responsible for ensuring all passengers are there at the time of the booking, for their behaviour on board the vehicle, and for any damage caused for the duration of the hire period.
- Passengers under the influence of alcohol and showing abusive, aggressive, or damaging behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the hire and will be reported to the police.
- The company accept no liability for the safe carriage of passengers luggage.
- A charge of £75 for fouling and/or damage to the vehicle may be enforced by the driver, this is payable immediately to the driver on request.
- The use of Illegal drugs is not permitted, drugs used at any point of the journey will result in the booking being terminated immediately and without notice.
- Under no circumstances can any property or valuables be left on the vehicle during waiting periods, we do not accept responsibility for any losses.
- We, as a transport company, always ensure we plan for every journey however we cannot predict traffic or mechanical failure so please ensure you allow enough time for your journey when making your booking. In the case of breakdown, it is the company’s responsibility to ensure that your journey is completed by whatever alternative transport is available. We do not accept liability for any losses to the hirer as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
